The Center for Nursing Philosophy announced its second Nursing Philosophy Reading Group series.
The second reading group series was co-facilitated by Lucinda Canty, assistant professor at the University of Saint Joseph in Connecticut USA, and Miriam Bender, associate professor and director of the UCI Sue & Bill Gross School of Nursing Center for Nursing Philosophy in California, USA. The series focused on racism in/and philosophy to better understand how race is ‘philosophized’ and the racial contexts in which philosophical understandings get produced and reified.
