How has the COVID-19 pandemic impacted your life?
The pandemic pretty much put everything on hold. From canceled vacations and trips to visiting family and friends. But the most impacted was my own well-being. I have to take care of myself, before I could take care of others.
What initially drew you to the nursing profession?
What drew me to the nursing profession was seeing an opportunity to be part of the Program in Nursing Science (we were just a tiny program while I was an undergrad). My eldest brother was a nurse and I happened to follow down that path
What do you love most about being a nurse?
It always brings joy to see former patients come back with a renewed quality of life and perspective.
