This workshop reviews the principles of debriefing and psychological safety, the PEARLS debriefing method, and the components of the DASH tool. Participants will have opportunity to evaluate debriefing sessions using the DASH tool and practice providing feedback based on their findings
Participants who do not attend a course and do not provide prior notice are not eligible for a refund. If a participant cancels their registration at least 7 business days in advance, they may request a full refund or creditto transfer to a future course (if available). Requests must be made in writing via email.
