“As a recipient of the Stanley Behrens Fellowship, I had more opportunities to focus on my research data collection.
When you are working alone to collect a great deal of the data for your dissertation the stress can be insurmountable, especially when worrying about other responsibilities, such as finances.
The financial cost of living in Southern California can be challenging for any student. I am extremely grateful to Mr. Behrens and the Behrens Family Foundation for their generous support.”
