Our first Community Vision Meeting was held in November 2019 at the home of Leadership Council President Ellie Weinstein. It was a successful gathering of a few longtime friends and many new faces as Dean Adey Nyamathi, PhD, ANP, FAAN shared her vision for a healthier community.
A special thank you to faculty members Nakia Best, PhD, RN and Yuqing Guo, PhD, RN who attended and shared their important research with our guests. Many community members were inspired to give a gift and all are looking forward to reconnecting to learn how they can support our school.
The next philanthropic community gathering is scheduled for January 2020.
