The Center for Nursing Philosophy is proud to launch the Nursing Philosophy Reading Group.
The goal is to select a topic of interest to nursing philosophy, identify a selection of papers/book sections related to the topic, and read and discuss over a series of virtual meetings.
The meetings will be held via the Zoom platform. The group will meet at a time that is enables participants from all over the globe to attend. We encourage you to email your ideas for future reading group topics.
February 2021: Actor-Network-Theory in nursing and other disciplines (date TBD)
This reading group series will be co-facilitated by Miriam Bender (UCI) and Olga Petrovskaya (University of Victoria/University of Alberta, Canada).
The readings will include selections from Annamarie Mol and Bruno Latour (and potentially others) and nursing scholars who have used ANT in their work.
